At Millbrae Girls Softball (MGSA), it’s all about community. We’re a non-profit league, built and run by volunteers who care—from coaches and team parents to the crews who prep our fields, as well as our dedicated Board of Directors. For girls ages 4-16, MGSA is where where families come together to support not just softball, but each other.
Joining Millbrae Girls Softball means more than just playing ball—you’re joining a family. We focus on building players from the ground up, and it shows. Over the years, we’ve seen former players contributing as parents and coaches! From 6U to Division 1 college ball, MGSA has been home to generations who come back season after season—not just because of softball, but because of the community we build together.

We never want anyone not to play softball because of financial constraints. We keep league fees low and offer both scholarships and equipment-lending to anyone with specific needs.
Coaching is an incredible opportunity to create a shared experience with your daughter/player and to help encourage lifelong participation in sports. It can also can be very intimidating, especially at higher levels when your players are more informed, but we are here to help!
MGSA is a rec-first league, but we realize the importance of having our own youth B/C level travel team. Our Mischief team plays in the summer and ofttimes fall. To learn more, visit our Mischief page.
